Nochex Wins 2011 Experian Hitwise Award
Leeds based Nochex, which enables thousands of people to make payments on the
Internet has won recognition for its online performance from a unique awards
programme.
The 2011 Experian Hitwise UK Top 10 Awards celebrate the most successful UK
websites based on market share of UK visits. As Experian Hitwise reports on the
anonymous online usage and search behaviour of more than 8 million UK Internet
users - the largest online sample of its kind - this unique awards programme
recognises excellence in online performance through public popularity.
During 2011, www.nochex.com ranked No. 5 based on the number of visits among
all United Kingdom websites in the Hitwise Business and Finance - IT and
Internet industry category. Only the Top 10 Website's in each category can
display the Experian Hitwise "Winner" icon (shown above).
Nochex, which competes with US giants PayPal, Google and Amazon, was recognised
along with heavyweights such as BT, Shell, Lloyds TSB, and Apple, each of which
was a Winner in a different Award category.
Nochex enables UK online retailers, merchants, professionals and assorted
entrepreneurs to accept card payments from their websites. Customers range from
medium-sized businesses to the self-employed. Thousands of people use Nochex'
services each day to purchase goods from these websites.

March 2012: Changes to Nochex' Payment Links
As part of the on-going development of our service we have recently taken a
decision to withdraw our old payment links facility. From now on all payment
links need to link back to a specific page on your website.
This page will contain a secure payments facility to enable your customers to
continue making payments to you. This new approach should assist in driving
more traffic to your website and provide you with more information about the
payments you receive including a description of the goods or services being
purchased.
In order for you to continue to receive payments in this way a payments link
page will need to be added to your website. To make this addition as easy as
possible we have created a template that is quick and simple to integrate. This
template can be made to look exactly like the rest of your website.
To further assist you we are offering to supply this page for you and to
integrate it on your website. Alternatively, if you would prefer you or your
website designer can do this.
We are contacting all our merchants and sellers who have used payments links in
the recent past to ensure that their websites are updated with the minimum
inconvenience. You do not need to do anything until we get in contact with you.

October 2011: Nochex in fast lane for charity race!
As part of our continued support for a number of great charities, we
are pleased to announce that members of our team took part in a corporate go
kart race to find the greatest corporate team in Yorkshire. The race took place
on 21st October at Pole Position Indoor Karting in Leeds and our three drivers
took part in a one hour endurance race to set the highest number of laps.
Unfortunately, competing against teams with rather more experience than ours,
our team came last, but everyone had a great time and declared themselves ready
to do it again!

September 2011: Nochex maintains PCI compliance
Nochex has successfully completed its annual audit for PCI compliance
and continued to be compliant to the highest level available. This is excellent
news for Merchants, Sellers and Purchasers alike!
